Our specialties include wind power, power transmission, port machinery, oil industry and ship building. We excel in producing critical components like planetary gearbox parts and large gear & wheel blanks that meeting rigorous quality standards such as ∅0.6-0.8 Ultrasonic Testing.
We specialize in forging components using Chrome-molybdenum steel, alloy steel, and carbon steel. Some common materials we work with include: 42CrMo, 42CrMo4, 18CrNiMo7-6, 20CrNi2Mo, 30CrNiMo8, 35#, 45# and etc.
We can also customize steel according to various national specifications or specific alloy compositions requested by our customers.
For shaft shape forging, the max. length and weight are 12m and 15T; for circular shape forging, the max. diameter and weight are 1.9m and 9T.
